This was my first visit for service and Ronnie Alberty was very good to work with. He clearly explained what might need to be done depending on the diagnostics results for the inoperative radio and rear was very good to work with. He clearly explained what might need to be done depending on the diagnostics results for the inoperative radio and rear hatch. The bill for the cost of repairs was more than I thought we would have to pay, but I understand the Jeep service guys have to adhere to the labor and parts costs Jeep corporate requires them to quote. If I have to return for any reason for service Ronnie would be the person I want to deal with. My only recommendation is when a radio is switched out that had Sirius music option tell the customer to contact Sirius for reactivation. More
AutoNation sent me an email about a recall. I was instructed to call and check availability of parts. I was told they have the parts and was scheduled for 8:30 appointment. I arrived and they t I was instructed to call and check availability of parts. I was told they have the parts and was scheduled for 8:30 appointment. I arrived and they took the Jeep in. After 11:30 I went to stretch my legs and I see the Jeep outside, I go back inside to wait for someone to contact me. After another 15 minutes I go ask the service person what is going on? They don't even know where the Jeep is. They finally find the tech and he tells them they don't have the parts. Then they can't find the key! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! More
We were told by the technician Alan that we needed a new transmission and it would cost $10k or a remand for $8800. I expressed several times about the cost being an issue and he said he assures us that in transmission and it would cost $10k or a remand for $8800. I expressed several times about the cost being an issue and he said he assures us that in his experience we need a new transmission (warranty wouldn’t cover it because it was low on fluid he told us). I told Alan we are going to get a second opinion at a transmission shop. We had it towed to a transmission shop in Castle Rock and it needed a $400 part called a pressure transducer. And it wasn’t low on fluid. It is very disheartening that we trusted Auto Nation before with our cars but now I feel like we had to write this review so others won’t experience what we did. More
