I scheduled an overpriced service package that took five separate visits over six weeks to get the work completed. I showed up to two of the appointments and was told that I was not on the schedule and to come back. Another appointment, I was told (the day of) that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight, which was never brought to my attention prior. They did not have a courtesy vehicle to use while they fumbled with my vehicle. The invoicing is confusing and complicated. The communication and status updates is unclear and inconvenient. When you try to call the store to get an update on your vehicle, nobody answers. If someone does answer, they're from Florida and know nothing about your vehicle. The experience and process was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. More
I called to make appointment on a Saturday afternoon at 4 and I was able to get in Monday morning. I was back in my truck Wednesday afternoon. My service contact was out sick after dropped my Grand Cherokee off for spark plug replacement. Since there was no message saying so, I continued leaving him messages to get a status update. It took 3 d Cherokee off for spark plug replacement. Since there was no message saying so, I continued leaving him messages to get a status update. It took 3 days to get my car back. Could have been resolved easily with a voicemail greeting informing me of the situation. I'm also frustrated with how Mopar is handling extended warranty requests, as I'm told that the dealer can only submit requests for approval via email, which can take several days to get a response back, thereby tying up the vehicle for way too long. But, this isn't the dealers fault... More
