Since this was not the closest AutoNation, I was told I could go to any AutoNation location that was closer. Well, I made the appointment, dropped my truck off and was shuttled home... A short time later I received a call that I did not have a warranty so I would be charged for repairs. I said no, and had to wait again for the shuttle to get me back to the dealership. One day off wasted. I contacted my salesperson and after a number of phone calls, I was given some excuse about an employee that was no longer with the company and they would get it straightened out. I was assured things were fixed, so round two... On my next day off I made an appointment and brought my truck in again... And what do you know, No warranty! Day off #2 wasted! I called and texted the GM... No return calls... Now I can't seem to get a response because it's "out of warranty"!!! WHAT?!?! Not my fault, but I guess it's my problem now. All I can say is SHADY COMPANY!!! Not sure where I go from here. More

They Cheaters and Liars! Never take your car to them.. I took my wife's 2014 Jeep as it was leaking at the rear differential. It was to be a warranty fix, but the stupid service advisor was lying to me th I took my wife's 2014 Jeep as it was leaking at the rear differential. It was to be a warranty fix, but the stupid service advisor was lying to me that there is a damage on the axel, which I knew there was not any damage. They also told me that an evaporator needs to be replaced, which was another lie. They wanted me to pay over $500 for a repair that should be covered by warranty. After many arguments, I left the stupid place and still paid over $150. The Service Manager was in it. I will never go to any Auto Nation place for service....I hated the experience. More

That's doable the retail rate on blue book. And they said I had to get a warranty come to find out no I didn't they just lie. Also I told them about the alignment in the jeep they did nothing and told me oh well. I called the sales manager Bob something and he never returned my cal and I was blown off. I would never send someone here to buy a vehicle. If I want locked into a contract I wouldn't have taken the jeep I did. I bought a 2000 Sebring LXI from this dealership in August of 1999. That was the last time I bought a new car - yep almost 18 years ago (I love my Sebring still -- and I kept it!). When I decided to "go for it" with a new vehicle, my first place to stop was Arapahoe Jeep -- and I am not sorry I did!! Same great place - as it was 18 years ago too! Joncharles was fantastic. He knows everything about these vehicles -- first, we just sat down and talked about what I wanted, he gave me a couple of suggestions and options, and then he cruised the lot for me (it was cold and snowy out), and the vehicle he came back with --- well, what can I say -- it was awesome, perfect, exactly what I wanted and I bought it ! And I really feel like I got a great and fair deal on it!! Betty was super helpful, knowledgeable too and got me in and out of the financing portion without a hiccup and in record time. Do I recommend AutoNation Chrysler? You bet I do!! Five Stars! And when I do have to go for service - I will expect, and I'm sure I will receive nothing but quality work from their teams. I'm counting on it!!! More

This dealership is only 5 minutes from my house and they are easy to get on the schedule. I'll hand it to them that they are trying to improve. My most recent visit was oil and tire rotation while I waited. They were done within the hour scheduled and communicated which is a huge improvement over an appointment 2 months ago. My disappointment with this service was I asked for a five tire rotation and they only did 4 and didn't do the recommended "rear cross pattern". I had to fix this at home myself and took less time than scheduling another appointment. More
