I went to return it 3 days later per their policy as I purchased extra insurance items I decided I did not want. I was "assured" that there was no reason to return the car and that this could be easily taken care of. It is now January 31st 2019 and the issue is still not resolved. The folks I need to speak with are never available when I call and they do not do not call back as promised. Sadly, the lack of care and service just reaffirms the stereotypes about car dealerships. I Would not recommend this dealer to anyone More
Poor communication I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper p I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper plate. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Bait and Switch Me and my wife came here to purchase a car a couple months ago, and I can honestly say this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had, thanks Me and my wife came here to purchase a car a couple months ago, and I can honestly say this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had, thanks to Meghan (saleswoman), and Emily (sales manager). We showed up last Friday to look at a 2016 Jeep Patriot, and to get my wife's trade-in appraised. We liked the Jeep, but they only offered us $4500 for the trade-in. I told them we'd have to think about it because Carmax offered us $6000. The next morning, Meghan texted us saying she had gotten approval from her manager for the $6k. We said great, and drove a half hour down to the dealership again. Once we got there, Meghan came out and showed us the paperwork and explained that they would only give us $5500, and that the remaining $500 would be saved in taxes. This "bait and switch" was incredibly insulting and we probably should've walked away at that moment. We told Meghan that this wasn't what we agreed to, and she eventually came back out and offered us the originally agreed-upon $6k. The sales manager (Emily), waited until my wife was alone coming out of the bathroom to "apologize", and then straight up lied by saying the $5500 was a mistake (how was it a mistake when Meghan tried to convince us it adds up to $6k??). The circus continued when we tried to use our own financing. They insisted that we had to apply for financing through them, even though we had a pre-approval letter from our own credit union. I suspect they wanted the additional commission. While we sat at the desk contemplating walking away again, I think the sales office noticed this and had the plates taken off my wife's car. I didn't realize at the time, but I believe this was just another underhanded tactic to try to make it harder for us to leave. We were never offered anything to make the situation right, and honestly I regret purchasing a vehicle from such an unreputable dealer. We will not be returning for any future purchases/service/warranty work. More

Since this was not the closest AutoNation, I was told I could go to any AutoNation location that was closer. Well, I made the appointment, dropped my truck off and was shuttled home... A short time later I received a call that I did not have a warranty so I would be charged for repairs. I said no, and had to wait again for the shuttle to get me back to the dealership. One day off wasted. I contacted my salesperson and after a number of phone calls, I was given some excuse about an employee that was no longer with the company and they would get it straightened out. I was assured things were fixed, so round two... On my next day off I made an appointment and brought my truck in again... And what do you know, No warranty! Day off #2 wasted! I called and texted the GM... No return calls... Now I can't seem to get a response because it's "out of warranty"!!! WHAT?!?! Not my fault, but I guess it's my problem now. All I can say is SHADY COMPANY!!! Not sure where I go from here. More

It was to be a warranty fix, but the stupid service advisor was lying to me that there is a damage on the axel, which I knew there was not any damage. They also told me that an evaporator needs to be replaced, which was another lie. They wanted me to pay over $500 for a repair that should be covered by warranty. After many arguments, I left the stupid place and still paid over $150. The Service Manager was in it. I will never go to any Auto Nation place for service....I hated the experience. More

That's doable the retail rate on blue book. And they said I had to get a warranty come to find out no I didn't they just lie. Also I told them about the alignment in the jeep they did nothing and told me oh well. I called the sales manager Bob something and he never returned my cal and I was blown off. I would never send someone here to buy a vehicle. If I want locked into a contract I wouldn't have taken the jeep I did. Please please DON'T GO HERE OR LET SOME YOU KNOW GO HERE!!!! the sales person I went through was one of the femail used car salesman... losers and crooks!!!
