Do not use this dealership! This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My brand new 2018 Jeep experienced smoke under the hood in Nov 2018 and we drove it to the closes This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My brand new 2018 Jeep experienced smoke under the hood in Nov 2018 and we drove it to the closest dealer to look at it. They had the Jeep for 2 1/2 weeks with 1 phone call the entire time and could not tell me what was wrong, other than they had to "wait for parts" When it was all said and done, I had to pay $160 out of pocket for labor and service on an oil change and that was not covered under my warranty. Fast forward to July 11 when my Jeep started smoking on 1-70 on the highway with my young child and dog in the car. We pulled over and smoke was all over the vehicle. We had it towed to the same dealership as they already had a record of the previous incident. Brandon was my service tech who called me only 1 TIME in almost 3 weeks to tell me he wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that, they were "waiting for parts" They had no loaner, no information and I could not get a hold of anyone in service. When I finally walked in to demand answers, my car was suddenly ready and they said that it was all due to going to a different dealer for an oil change. They also tried to charge me for another oil change and labor, another $104. They were so rude and condescending and belittling. I didn't ever get a straight answer on what went wrong, and when asked if my car was at risk for going up in smoke and flames again, if they could guarantee their work, I was told that "there's never any guarantee" I was also told to fill out a survey. I told them I would be happy to as it has been terrible service, and they won't email me the survey. So, here I am. Do not use that dealer ever!! More
I was uncomfortable with the service depart from minute one I wasn't acknowledged at the service area even though there were 3 employees at their service desks. I did not have my Jeep serviced at this dealersh I wasn't acknowledged at the service area even though there were 3 employees at their service desks. I did not have my Jeep serviced at this dealership, I left after the communication I had with this department. I wrote an email to the general manager about my experience and never received a response. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced at this location be prepared for it to be an unpleasant experience. I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at a different location where my business is most appreciated. More
Horrible Service Not only did I have a horrible experience buying from this dealership (that’s a whole different negative review on its own) but my brand new 2018 Jee Not only did I have a horrible experience buying from this dealership (that’s a whole different negative review on its own) but my brand new 2018 Jeep Compass is already in the shop due to apparent electrical issues. I dropped my Jeep off at 8am & the service department told me they would have it ready by 5pm. 4:45pm rolls around and no communication from them, so I call to see if my car is ready. They said they had no idea what was wrong with my car and needed more time. After taking an entire day off work to handle this I asked if they would be able to provide me with a loaner car so I could get to work the next day while they continued to work on my car. They said they had no loaner cars available to give me, so I asked if they would be able to connect me with a car from an outside source (rental car company) they said no. I asked if they would reimburse me for a rental car if I went and picked one up & they said you can call Chrysler corporate and try to take it up with them. I asked if they could provide a shuttle ride to my work and they said no they wouldn’t be able to give me a ride to work. I attempted to call the 1800 number for Chrysler that he provided me (they were closed), no option to leave a VM. I called and asked for the service manager, it went to VM, I left a VM for him I called and asked to speak with the GM, they said he would give me a call in 5 mins, that was 45 mins ago... So now I’m stuck with a brand new car in the shop which I’m unable to drive & I’m stuck paying for a rental car out of my own pocket to get to work. Let’s hope they are least capable of repairing the car.... I’m not impressed that my brand new car is out of service & I received horrible customer service on top of it. I would never recommend anyone purchase or service a vehicle from this dealership. More
Terrible service! I have a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I took in 9 days ago. I had a knocking noise in the front end at low speed. Alec the service adviser on Monday was nice and called me that evening and ask to keep it another day. That was the last I heard from anyone, I had to call and Alec was always off that day no matter what day it was. I spoke to the sevice manager on Tuesday (I called) he was rude and a jerk! Wednesday was a blizzard, Thursday was a make up day. So I called Friday because, you guessed it no one called me. They couldn’t find the problem so they ask I’d a Tec could drive it over the weekend, I let him. Monday a week later, no call. I called Tuesday and they said they needed to drive it (“really” I’m not making this up) called Tuesday night and said it ready and there’s no noise. I picked it up today Wednesday and it sounds exactly the same. I personally recommend not ever going here for anything! The purchase was great with James (Andrew he goes by) but if this is their level of incompabency they do not desire your hard earned dollar! More

After explicitly telling him multiple times that I did not want Gap insurance for my used car he proceeded to put it on the vehicle anyway. I also asked him to reduce the months of my payments and increase the payment amount but from looking at the documentation afterwards it looks like he just increased the sell price of the vehicle. I should have went with my gut to walk out on the sale, but in my anger I didn’t check the documents like I should have. 0/10 would never get a car from here again because the dude financing doesn’t understand what the word no means. I was "assured" that there was no reason to return the car and that this could be easily taken care of. It is now January 31st 2019 and the issue is still not resolved. The folks I need to speak with are never available when I call and they do not do not call back as promised. Sadly, the lack of care and service just reaffirms the stereotypes about car dealerships. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Bait and Switch Me and my wife came here to purchase a car a couple months ago, and I can honestly say this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had, thanks Me and my wife came here to purchase a car a couple months ago, and I can honestly say this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had, thanks to Meghan (saleswoman), and Emily (sales manager). We showed up last Friday to look at a 2016 Jeep Patriot, and to get my wife's trade-in appraised. We liked the Jeep, but they only offered us $4500 for the trade-in. I told them we'd have to think about it because Carmax offered us $6000. The next morning, Meghan texted us saying she had gotten approval from her manager for the $6k. We said great, and drove a half hour down to the dealership again. Once we got there, Meghan came out and showed us the paperwork and explained that they would only give us $5500, and that the remaining $500 would be saved in taxes. This "bait and switch" was incredibly insulting and we probably should've walked away at that moment. We told Meghan that this wasn't what we agreed to, and she eventually came back out and offered us the originally agreed-upon $6k. The sales manager (Emily), waited until my wife was alone coming out of the bathroom to "apologize", and then straight up lied by saying the $5500 was a mistake (how was it a mistake when Meghan tried to convince us it adds up to $6k??). The circus continued when we tried to use our own financing. They insisted that we had to apply for financing through them, even though we had a pre-approval letter from our own credit union. I suspect they wanted the additional commission. While we sat at the desk contemplating walking away again, I think the sales office noticed this and had the plates taken off my wife's car. I didn't realize at the time, but I believe this was just another underhanded tactic to try to make it harder for us to leave. We were never offered anything to make the situation right, and honestly I regret purchasing a vehicle from such an unreputable dealer. We will not be returning for any future purchases/service/warranty work. More
