The Service Advisor Hilario and the GM of the branch were very helpful with this recall. I was without a vehicle for quite awhile... But the GM assisted with a loaner which was a huge help. I had a scheduled appointment with the service department. It took three days for them to start looking at my vehicle and another two and a half days to fix what turned out to be a loose connecti department. It took three days for them to start looking at my vehicle and another two and a half days to fix what turned out to be a loose connection under the passenger seat. I had brought the car in last year four times for the same issue: airbag light was coming on. They initially said they needed to replace the wiring harness under the passenger seat but then replaced the airbag. It seems they should have gone to the wiring harness first. Five days for a loose connection, and they didn’t even wash the car before giving it back (not a big deal, but another example of the dealership's lack of customer service). More
