Staff was informative and friendly. Explained what was being done and approximately how long it would take to complete. Car was advertised as in excellent condition, really the front passenger quarter panel had major damage I paid $420 to have it repaired. The passenger door has a very noticeable dent that I was told the door would have to be taken apart for it to be repaired Sometimes when backing up you hear aloud noise coming from the area where the front quarter panel damage was. I curse myself for taking this car as advertised IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I purchased this so called Bumper To Bumper extended warranty and was told there was no deductible for this policy, After I got this warranty I asked the salesman for paperwork or a least a membership card associated with my policy the salesperson told me I didn't need any, that the information could be obtained from the Vin#. As far as the cost of this warranty I was just given the amount of what my car payments would be After a few days when this new debt appeared on my account I noticed that $4,000 had been added to the price of the vehicle I immediately contacted the bank, I was told that any changes were done by the car dealership. I was furious, I called the headquarters of this warranty company to find out what was going on they informed me I should have received my copy of the agreement when I was at the dealership. And also I would have to pay a deductible for incidents when I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything. Headquarters of this Warranty told me how to cancel the policy which I did on 08/28/21. I should have known about everything that happen , but I thought that since I was dealing with a big company that this type of things didn't happen. Now I'm just trying to figure out how I can get rid of the car since I did pay 6,000 plus my trade in. Buyer Beware !! More

Communication from the service area was terrible! I dropped off the Pacifica at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and was told I would receive a call from the service representative later that day. At 4:30 dropped off the Pacifica at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and was told I would receive a call from the service representative later that day. At 4:30 pm had not been contacted- tried to contact the service department- next to impossible. Finally connected and was told they couldn’t figure out the problem but that Simeon would call Thursday with more information. Of course the service representative did NOT call and the ridicules phone system had to be navigated again - it is extremely frustrating. The problem (auto on/ off) was fixed - I suspect the lack of service & responsiveness is tied to the fact the work was covered by warranty. The Pacifica sat there for 2 full work days - no communication initiated from the service representative Terrible customer service! More

As usual, Jeep Arapahoe had great service.
