The service department at this dealership has lied on prepaid multipoint inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes. They have ruined my vehicle because of this lack of competency and laziness. Each tim prepaid multipoint inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes. They have ruined my vehicle because of this lack of competency and laziness. Each time I have brought it in I have had to return at least 3 times before they actual so what they said they did on the ticket they create. Find another way! More
Took forever when I first bought my truck. Then the customer service sucks. Now had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Had my toddler with me so didn’t look at my paperwork until I was home a customer service sucks. Now had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Had my toddler with me so didn’t look at my paperwork until I was home and the tire rotation didn’t get done because “there was no wheel lock key”. Well maybe if they would have asked I could have told them where it was. This place is run by morons. More
Cami is a liar. You could tell she was lying because her lips were moving. She kept our potential trade in keys and wouldn’t give them back to us. We had asked three times for them. She lied about how long lips were moving. She kept our potential trade in keys and wouldn’t give them back to us. We had asked three times for them. She lied about how long she’s been working for the company. She said she had been working there three months and in reality she’s only been there one month. The managers should have kept track of what she was doing because she was totally incompetent. She is a liar and a cheat. And I blame the management for not watching what she was doing and saying. AwfulNation…Bought my vehicle there in 2018. Car AwfulNation… Bought my vehicle there in 2018. Car suddenly started having overheating issues, so I took it in. Brought it in on a Saturday, was told AwfulNation… Bought my vehicle there in 2018. Car suddenly started having overheating issues, so I took it in. Brought it in on a Saturday, was told it could not be looked at until Tuesday, due to holiday… fine, okay. But the good news that it was sill under pre-owned warranty with $100 deductible, so will be covered. On Tuesday I was told a list of things that were wrong: radiator issues, struts, etc, etc. Oh, and almost none of it is included in the warranty now, but at least they should be able to get it by Wednesday. Call Wednesday morning to find out when I can get it. Now they are missing a part that won’t come in until Friday. Can I have the part number to try and get it locally myself? Sure they will call back soon. They do not. Call them back hours later, now they suddenly have the part, and will be able to get done it by Friday. Called Thursday to see if they have a loaner car, since I’ve been renting since Saturday. Not only do they not have a loaner car yet, they are now saying it will be next week until it will be done, but they PROMISE it will be done by Tuesday, before I leave for travel on Wednesday. I call several times Tuesday, but get no answers so get there in the afternoon with high hopes. The radiator is fixed, but now the battery has mysteriously gone bad, which they will replace for another $400. Fine, I just need my car. I wait while they replace the battery. Somehow, the car is not running right. I end up having to rent a car for my trip. The service person could not care less. Eventually, I return from my trip. Turns out the car would not run due to a “software update.” The repairs ended up being $2800+, plus $2200+ to rent while my car set in their lot, and later because they missed a simple software update, after promising up and down to have the car ready in time. Oh, and when I did get my car, one of the tires was deflated. Terrible experience in every way. The person I dealt with was completely unsympathetic and not fit for a customer facing role. TLDR: Promised car would be done over and over, BS pre-owned warranty is useless. Ended up costing thousands in repairs and rentals. Service personnel couldn’t care less. More
Dealership not the most comfortable place given the time it takes for a purchase of a vehicle. Would be nice with a more inviting atmosphere, especially given the value of purchases made. However, the sales it takes for a purchase of a vehicle. Would be nice with a more inviting atmosphere, especially given the value of purchases made. However, the sales manager was great and friendly. More

A lot of extra hassle and inconvenience when I brought my car in for its 30,000 mile check up, unfortunately. I think overall they try to do a good job but have imitations beyond their control. For example, car in for its 30,000 mile check up, unfortunately. I think overall they try to do a good job but have imitations beyond their control. For example, a simple part is never in stock, this happens repeatedly to me, and I have to leave the car for another day till they order the part. The service mechanics tell me they are frustrated by this themselves. They say that they just don’t stock enough parts that they use every single day!!! But as I said, in the end everything got done and they were nice and apologetic. More
