To be honest, this dealership is close to my house and thought it would be an easy drop off. Dropped off my Jeep to get a few items fixed, was told multiple times it will be done Friday or Monday… well a thought it would be an easy drop off. Dropped off my Jeep to get a few items fixed, was told multiple times it will be done Friday or Monday… well a month later and after picking it up the problem was not fixed. I understand in the current world we are in that availability of parts and service is difficult to come by. I was told the part they ordered was doing the same thing as the original, they had it for a month and didn’t think to check it? I’m not 100% convinced that the part was ever truly ordered to be replaced. Any form of communication of a realistic pickup time or issues would have been great. I had to call every Friday Monday to see if my vehicle was ready for pickup. Trying to give the benefit of doubt on this and the time we are in. More

The customer service here was awful! They told me an appt time doesn’t matter and only holds your spot for the day. They didn’t even realize my car was there (even after I called to tell They told me an appt time doesn’t matter and only holds your spot for the day. I called twice for an update and they kept saying your car was being seen, come to find out each person was lying, it was four hours past my appt time and my car still hadn’t been seen and I hadn’t gotten the first update from them. I asked if they could update me so I should know if I’ll have my car back today or tomorrow and still nothing. My husband even called and left a message with the manager and no call back. Overall terrible experience and taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

When my wife and I came in Saturday, we did not know of we would be able to get what we wanted. Although we did not get the offer on our trade that we wanted, we still was able to get the jeep my wife want we would be able to get what we wanted.
