I had a complicated insurance claim due to theft and it required a lot attention. Initially, when I brought my vehicle for repairs , the service advisor (Who no longer works here) was horrible. He would not communicate with the insurance adjuster or myself and there was always an excuse. As a result my claim was denied twice. I was ready to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere. That’s when Travis Boling, the assistant service manager, learned about my situation. He immediately took action and resolved my claim within days. Travis communicated with me and the insurance company effectively, and regularly. He changed a very negative experience, and even worst review into a positive one. Thanks to Travis, I found a shop that I can trust and return to in the future. More
