I drove my *brand new* car away from their lot after dark, and I didn't see a chip in the windshield until the next morning. I called and they said sure, we'll fix it. Weeks go by. The man who was helping me leaves the dealership; now it becomes a huge hassle, because apparently he was the only person who knew about this issue? How is there not a store-wide database? I finally get in touch with the General Manager, Eric. He's resistant at first, but I show him the texts from the salesman and he finally agrees to follow through with their obvious duty to repair or replace my windshield. I wait a few weeks. He says he orders a replacement. I wait several more weeks. He never follows up. I wait. And reach out. He has basically been evading me for MONTHS. I'm so frustrated. They leased me a vehicle with a cracked windshield, said they would solve their issue, and here I am, almost one year later, countless texts, emails, and calls, and they're ignoring me. They keep replying to reviews, saying the management team will reach out. This is just to placate other potential customers. I'm SO TIRED of dealing with this abysmal customer service. -Amy Lorde More

AJ is my usual service writer but he was busy and Alan checked me in. It seems they work really well as a team the whole department. Part of my visit was to make sure everything is good for a long road t checked me in. It seems they work really well as a team the whole department. Part of my visit was to make sure everything is good for a long road trip, and that included cleaning the fuel injection system and my 2012 grand cherokee runs like new! Got a call it was ready as 5:45, service closes at 6 but AJ took my credit card over the phone and said he would leave the fob at the sales desk and I picked it up about 7:30. All good! More

Always great service, however, Alan went above and beyond yesterday. There was an error and my jeep was not on the schedule as planned. Alan kept my jeep in order to follow through with the service, sent me yesterday. There was an error and my jeep was not on the schedule as planned.
