Everyone needs to be on the same page regardless of the person who we're dealing with. Plus some type of compensation should be considered especially after having someone's vehicle for 2 months and then ha person who we're dealing with. Most dealerships offer loaner cars while there's is getting fixed. More

Tried these guys because the agent on phone said they could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glas could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glass window warranty. Should have left them but I got the oil change, paid inflated cost and they left my car disassembled when I got my keys back. How could the guy that parked my car when it was supposedly finished not realize they didn’t put it back together? The filter was left out with my box disconnected in plain view. If they leave your car disassembled on an oil change just imagine what they are screwing up on bigger jobs. Definitely will not be returning. More
