Arapahoe Jeep/Chrysler did a great job finding out what was wrong with my Jeep. Rex was kind and professional. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the pricing. This is not the fault of Rex was wrong with my Jeep. Rex was kind and professional. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the pricing. This is not the fault of Rex or any of the employees. Rex did give me a little bit of a discount. He tried to make it a little better. I had a dead battery and it cost $477 to replace. That’s a huge chunk of change. At the time, I had no choice. I needed my jeep to get to work. I would return to Arapahoe Jeep/Chrysler but due to the pricing of repair cost, I may have to think twice before going to the dealer. More
