AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !! The buying process was super smooth, because they're nice until they have a signed contract and your money. Then they conveniently inform you that !! Then they conveniently inform you that the vehicle has only been on the lot for less than 24 hours and needs to pass a safety inspection before you can take the vehicle.I'm not sure why a car was listed to sell that hasn't passed a safety inspection first. I was told I would have it the next week. They had my car for almost 3 weeks!! I was told that I still needed to bring it back because they were waiting on a part (a plastic cover for the driver side fog light cover that was cracked). Fast forward a month into having the car I noticed that the inside of my brand new front tires were worn down to wire! I had to pay $700 for new tire to ensure my kids had a safe vehicle to ride in. I called the dealership and informed them, I was instructed to bring it in. I waited for 2 hours for them to tell me that they can't do anything because there is damage to control arm and it passed the safety inspection and they can'y prove that I didn't hit something to cause that damage. Offaly ironic that there is damage to the control arm on the same side they had to replace a cracked fog light cover. I will be canceling my warranty through them to have my car worked on somewhere I can trust because this place is a scam! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Auto Nation. More

The Service Advisor Hilario and the GM of the branch were very helpful with this recall. I was without a vehicle for quite awhile... But the GM assisted with a loaner which was a huge help.
