I had a scheduled appointment with the service department. It took three days for them to start looking at my vehicle and another two and a half days to fix what turned out to be a loose connecti department. It took three days for them to start looking at my vehicle and another two and a half days to fix what turned out to be a loose connection under the passenger seat. I had brought the car in last year four times for the same issue: airbag light was coming on. They initially said they needed to replace the wiring harness under the passenger seat but then replaced the airbag. It seems they should have gone to the wiring harness first. Five days for a loose connection, and they didn’t even wash the car before giving it back (not a big deal, but another example of the dealership's lack of customer service). More

I bought 2 jeeps here. Good deals, very competitive pricing. Normally slow F&I experience. We checked out late in the day so the delivery instructions were very short. I asked the sales person for a full delivery instruction session for an hour on Saturday and was told she was too busy and could we do it during the week. We just took delivery of a Mercedes from the Denver dealer and the sales person spent 2 hours with us on a Saturday going over the features and user-selected options. The price difference between the Jeep and the Mercedes wasn't that much. But the customer service attitude difference was miles apart. Buy from AutoNation Arapahoe if you don't need much help or instruction after they hand you the key. Disappointing finish to an otherwise good experience. More

Payed cash for my 4011 Jeep Grand Cherokee got it home and it stopped running. Had it towed back to dealership and they are in no hurry to look at it.
