Pleasantly surprised with timeliness of service completion. This was my first time working with service advisor Robert Bean. Robert was very courteous and he called me as soon as the software update recall and 4 wheel alignment was completed on my Diamond Black Crystal Pearl 2021 Ram Limited Longhorn, nickname Lexhorn because it's so luxurious. Kenny in the parts department is always a 5 star representative but I didn't need his services during my 8/3/2023 visit. The facility is under construction and I hope that the service waiting area will get a facelift with maybe some customer amenities. More

Did the appointment for low pressure alarm at dashboard. Requested oil change , tire rotation, inspection After completion and car returned alarm still on dashboard. Returned to service advisor and he personally went to fill the tire that was low on pressure because no technicians around to do what i asked for This is a 2021 Jeep Vehicle and last issue we brought to this location took about 3 visits to solved it with the same excuse that they can not find the problem on why it was giving alarm code at the dashboard. Terrible service again received from this Auto Nation location. If possible will avoid this Auto Nation location More
