I called her yesterday needing a quick oil change before I headed out of town unexpectedly and of course, Heidi told me to bring it on in and she would take care of it for me no problem. Heidi is my service contact at the North Columbus location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate communication by phone or going to the dealership to find out the status of my Jeep. The “ part” was ordered in July but they can’t tell me where or when the part will arrive. WTH.
