The process was smooth and pleasant from the start to the end. I was contacted immediately by salesperson Jlan Carson. after inquiring online and He was with me every step of the way. I cannot speak on the entire service staff, but the service personnel, Heidi, was the worst auto adviser I have dealt with at any auto repair shop or dealership. Staffer does not communicate or keep th service personnel, Heidi, was the worst auto adviser I have dealt with at any auto repair shop or dealership. Staffer does not communicate or keep the customer updated on your vehicle especially when they have to order parts. Meanwhile, your vehicle sits on the property for days, thinking it's being repaired. She is a very fast talker and cannot be trusted in regards to your vehicle repairs. Famous words, "I was just about to call you" every time I would show-up at the service center, because she is NEVER AVAILABLE by phone, although you could reach the other two advisers in the small office. I gave a discount coupon for nearly two hundred dollars off, but after adding the numbers up, the discount wasn't applied after assuring me several times it would. There are multiple situations that I could share, but would be a waste of time. You would think the customer would receive great service when spending thousands of dollars. I guess NOT. I don't care about the cost but customer care and not being truthfull is a problem for me. Terrible Service! More
