It appears your facility is short staffed. I took my 2005 Dodge Dakota in to your North Lake facility (as a long term customer) on 7 Feb 2022 for automatic transmission filter and fluid change I took my 2005 Dodge Dakota in to your North Lake facility (as a long term customer) on 7 Feb 2022 for automatic transmission filter and fluid change. I asked to have the power steering fluid changed/checked. I was told that the power steering pump had metal residue in the fluid pump reservoir. The staff was very accommodating because this problem happened less than one year ago and replaced the power steering pump and flushed the power steering lines under warrantee. It was indicated / promised for completion on 9 Feb at 1700. The vehicle however was not returned completed until 17 Feb 2022. This information was documented on invoice number 569614, Customer number CZ72701. I can understand if the replacement parts had to be sent from a Dodge/Chrysler ware house distribution facility but this time frame for repairs seems unusually long. The safety inspection indicated the vehicle needs Ball Joints and sway bar link replacement. I will schedule the vehicle for these repairs the 2nd week of March and try to arrange it where the vehicle can be repaired without an extended delay setting at your dealership and unavailable to me. I made an appointment in advance for an oil change. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked was my car ready. They said it was in the back and would be done soon. Well, I had an appointment. Needless to say I will not recommend or return to this place. More
