came in for a recall and have oiled changed, was left sitting in the back for 2 hours, a guy came back into the waiting area and retrieved another customer and stated they were thru with mine also and he sitting in the back for 2 hours, a guy came back into the waiting area and retrieved another customer and stated they were thru with mine also and he would be back to get me in a few minutes. after waiting for 30 min I walked up front to check on what was tasking so long and the gentleman that told me he would be back to get me was propped up with his feet on desk and leaned back talking with another co worker. When he saw me standing there he jumped and stated oh yeah your ready to go that I was 100 miles over for them to check the recall and to come back after 1500 miles. Handed me the paperwork and I left. I just didn't appreciate the disregard for my time sitting in the back when I needed to get to work. More
