Tyler Love was my service advisor for my 2015 Jeep Patriot that unfortunately had the key stuck in the ignition. After trying several recommended locksmiths to have the key removed to no avail, I ened Patriot that unfortunately had the key stuck in the ignition. However, Tyler did an amazing job with getting my vehicle diagnosed quickly and back on the road. My vehicle actually belongs to my daughter but I was her representative due to her work schedule. Tyler was 100% compassionate throughout the process to the point that he even covered two days of my daughter's rental vehicle cost due to her vehicle not being completed as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
