I had an issue with what I thought was my alternator. I scheduled an appointment and dropped the car off. Tyler was my service advisor and was very helpful. I have a lifetime warranty on this truck so he I scheduled an appointment and dropped the car off. Tyler was my service advisor and was very helpful. Long story short, the alternator was bad, Tyler called Chrysler Warranty and they not only approved replacing the alternator but the drive belt also. The dealer had to order the alternator so it took a few days to get the repair done but it was done well and I was out only my warranty deductible. I was very satisfied with the service performed.
