I told him exactly the payments that I needed to be at and he and the sales manager Justin Cooper made it happen! They got me exactly where I needed to be! My finance manager was Joey McLendon. Joey made sure I had the right warranty to fit my budget as well! The staff at autonation CDJR is awesome I give everyone a 10/10. My Service Rep. Cullen Wynn was patient, courteous and professional even during my moments of dissatisfaction to his service manager’s opinion of the status of my 20 Cullen Wynn was patient, courteous and professional even during my moments of dissatisfaction to his service manager’s opinion of the status of my 2021 Dodge Ram Truck. I put the truck in the shop because the automatic brake assist would lock up the brakes when backing with a trailer or the tailgate down. In addition, the transmission was not shifting correctly from 1st to 2nd gear! I was rear-ended about 6 months prior to my backing and shifting problems. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with the transmission, but I was positive the collision had caused damage to the backup sensors causing it to brake when backing with the trailer or tailgate down. After the truck had been in the shop for several days Cullen called me and said your truck is ready for pick up. I asked what was wrong with the truck and what did they do to fix it. Cullen, said nothing is wrong with the truck and he would show me how to fix the problem when I arrived to pick it up. Of course, I was angry and let him know how I felt, but he was calm and kind during my moment of rage. Well as he said he came out and got in the truck with me and showed me how to flip a switch to turn the system off when backing with a trailer and turn it back on when I am backing without the trailer. He also showed me the manual transmission shifter on the steering wheel and said I probably accidentally hit the manual mode causing it not to shift. Cullen Wynn is an asset to this dealership, and Auto Nation should be happy to have him on their team! Al Barber More

I must say Mr Cameron Fraser is a great sales person. He’s gone do whatever he can to make sure you get what you want and he’s listens to you instead telling you what he thinks you should do.
