My car has been at the dealership twice for the same issue and it still is not fixed. While my car was there 40+ days, I received one phone call about the status. Right now my car needs to return but I am dubious about calling for an appointment as appointments are in no way a guarantee that your vehicle will even be seen if it is outside of scheduled maintenance. With all this said, everyone is nice enough. I am just not happy that the problem is still not fixed after 2 visits totaling 60 days with me having to figure out alternate transportation because they had no loaner vehicles due to a “policy change” even though my Mopar warranty allows for one More
