My was towed to dealership for overheating. Without troubleshooting my car Cullen the service rep told me my car would need an engine. Used 8000 and rebuilt 10,000. I requested they fix the busted hose and put antifreeze in it and I’ll have it towed back to my house. He refused to touch the car. So I had my vehicle towed back to my house without being troubleshot by a mechanic. He could have repaired the hose and put antifreeze in car and dodge would have still made money. The service rep is suppose to render service to the customer. I’m in Poland supporting our soldiers so I couldn’t come down to verify my car needing an engine nor can I buy an engine and the fault has not been verified. Thank you for your time. My number is 254-290-4040. I have 8 cars and 4 of them are dodge. 300 SRT8, Challenger 392 SRT, Dodge SRT10 truck, and the purple Dodge Daytona I wanted repaired by Dodge. All of these vehicles have been worked on at both the north and south Dodge service location in Columbus. This is the only time I’ve ever had bad service. PS the mechanics are great. More
This is a pretty good dealership. They were able to correct my 4x4 part on my 3500. They also gave me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. My car has been at the dealership twice for the same issue and it still is not fixed. While my car was there 40+ days, I received one phone call about the status. This was only after I called to check issue and it still is not fixed. While my car was there 40+ days, I received one phone call about the status. This was only after I called to check on it and was given a bogus date for a part to arrive. Right now my car needs to return but I am dubious about calling for an appointment as appointments are in no way a guarantee that your vehicle will even be seen if it is outside of scheduled maintenance. With all this said, everyone is nice enough. I am just not happy that the problem is still not fixed after 2 visits totaling 60 days with me having to figure out alternate transportation because they had no loaner vehicles due to a “policy change” even though my Mopar warranty allows for one More
I called the week before to schedule an oil change and a tire rotation. When I arrived I was told that they could only do the oil change. I not happy as I took off from work to have this completed.
