Service advisor and customer service team in service center possess extremely poor listening and customer service skills. Received a phone call a few days after dropping off my vehicle and a voice mail center possess extremely poor listening and customer service skills. Received a phone call a few days after dropping off my vehicle and a voice mail with zero details about my needed service or issues I reported. Tried calling back numerous times over several days with no answer. I visited in person and was told they would call me and never did. Had to go back a second time to find my advisor and finally got some answers and was able to pick up my vehicle. To add to that, the customer service rep I spoke with on more than one occasion in the office would stop me mid sentence to inquire about someone else who walked in after me. Unless it’s something only a dealer can solve, plenty of other very reputable, locally owned shops with better treatment and better turnaround times. More
