This was the worst experience I ever had when dealing with a well known dealership. The received my car ion Nov.30th to change the oil and determine what the sound was that I was hearing once I accelerat with a well known dealership. They never did so I kept calling them but nobody ever answered. Finally I spoke with someone Saturday Dec 10th but no one had touched the car and Robert Bean who was assigned to the car could not be reached. I will never use AutoNation again for anything. They were very nonchalant and empty. The customer service there is awful. The owner needs to reevaluate that service department before they ruin their reputation. More
I visited AutoNation for some issues with my Chrysler 300. My case manager with Chrysler was Ledonjanae and she was exceptional. Janae made arrangements with Tyler Knowles at Auto Nation for the radio 300. My case manager with Chrysler was Ledonjanae and she was exceptional. Janae made arrangements with Tyler Knowles at Auto Nation for the radio to be replaced. This was scheduled immediately and when I arrived at the service area I was met by Robert Bean and he took my rollator from the trunk of my car and brought it to the door of my car and then I was escorted to the waiting area. Cullen Wynn kept me informed of the progress of the work on my car. This was a pleasant experience for me and I certainly appreciate the "royal" treatment I received. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tyler and his team. They always treat me like I'm important and part of the jeep family! I am huge on customer service since I've worked with the public all my lif team. They always treat me like I'm important and part of the jeep family! I am huge on customer service since I've worked with the public all my life so its very important to me and they deliver excellent service and follow up! I will never take my jeep anywhere else!
