The dealership, sales and service leaves much to be desired. The service department claims they are so shorthanded, that you must leave your vehicle for 3-4 days before they can diagnose and begin repa desired. This wouldn't be horrible, if they could offer a loaner vehicle. There aren't many folks who have spare cars lying around to be able to just give up their vehicle for a period of 3-4 days. The service department has particularly gone down hill each time we have had to visit. With that being said, this time, we dealt with Cullen, who is pretty amazing to work with. He was sure to keep me posted throughout the process, and made sure I was kept in the loop about the entire process. I hope they are able to hold onto him, because he is who I will use in the future. The rest of the dealership is pretty much worthless. Especially the sales dept at both Northlake CDJR and South Columbus CDJR. More

Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation, was not alerted that service was completed after waiting 2hr in the wait area had to go into office to find out that the work was done but then had to return alerted that service was completed after waiting 2hr in the wait area had to go into office to find out that the work was done but then had to return my vehicle a couple of days later to find out that there was no oil in my car. Was told initially that it was an electrical problem but my vehicle is only 3 years old and the only warning light popping up was the oil indicator. I was skeptical so the guy went to check the oil indicator and sure enough it was dry but instead of admitting that they didn't do their job it was blamed on a recall with my vehicle but they didn't even offer to make an appointment to fix the issue with regard to the recall. Also noted there was not a return sticker in the window for my next oil change, that probably should have been my 1st clue that something was off when I got in my vehicle. I asked the person when I brought the car back why wasn't there one in the window, explanation was the machine was probably broken. I made an appointment for that Saturday because I was going to be taking my vehicle on a road trip on the following Thursday luckily I didn't drive the car following my appointment but it was such an inconvenience to have to bring the vehicle back as I work nights and I was scheduled to work 3 shifts in a row between that time. I'm still not sure if they put the synthetic oil I paid for or just regular oil in my vehicle as I still have no sticker indicate and was given no explanation about why there was no oil in my vehicle after 2 days from receiving an oil change.
