My air conditioning was not working and brought my challenger into see whats going on and was hoping for good news since i had a warranty cause air conditioning can be expensive but anyway carl ross t challenger into see whats going on and was hoping for good news since i had a warranty cause air conditioning can be expensive but anyway carl ross took care of me was very professional and took the time to show me what my warranty would cover if those things came up well lets just say once i picked up my car it was all covered and my ac works perfect and it wasnt very long i was without my car considering there were other cars everywhere needing service but carl ross made me feel like he cared about my car and my issues and everything worked out perfectly in a timely matter also More
2 weeks of having my car and no resolution. I had to call to get updates since no one bothered to call me. Just received the multi-point inspection and told that a transfer case would be needed and on call to get updates since no one bothered to call me. First is was wiring, then transmission, back to wiring, PCM (that was just reprogrammed and flasshed by them), back to wiring then an transfer case. I really feel that it was too complicated and didn't want to deal with it. More

Izzy was great to work with bringing my truck in for service. Scheduling service through the customer service number was a challenge to get anyone on the phone or to call back. My car was making a strange engine noise that needed to be diagnosed. I made an appointment with MAUREEN who took great care to keep me posted on what was found and the status of the repair. After several hours of waiting, and several hundred dollars later, my car was ready. Valet pulled it up, I got inside, turned the key . . . . and then I had a feeling of sudden dread. NOTHING HAPPENED. (Oh no. After all the waiting, my car was not starting.) WRONG. My car DID start. It was SO QUIET and SMOOTH, I couldn't even hear or feel it running (like an electric car). It continued to start silently for two days. Now I can hear it start very quietly, but it is still running silently and smoothly. Great mechanic! I was told that he also fixed a couple of very minor things for free, but it seems like he must have gone over the entire car and adjusted everything. I am so happy about the quality of work and dedication of service I receive at AutoNation. Maureen is always very reliable and the mechanic/service technician who fixed my car is amazingly talented. More

This place is horrific corporate mess, and stay away if you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But you can. But God help you if you need any service/repairs, or added acessories from their service and parts department. Holy cow!!! Two-2 months to try to schedule thousands of dollars of service work and upgrades, cant even manage to set you up with a rental vehicle. And then after 2 months they call that they have loaner, but can you be here right away, because they cant hold the rental for you. This place would be much better if they had some robots and vending machines dispensing cars, as that would be a huge improvement-not sure how they even mange to survive with zero customer service. Fortunately, there are still privately owned Ram dealers down the road, where they take pride im customer service. Too bad that you cant give them zero stars for rating. More
