This dealership is Amazing! I have had a great experience from buying the car to having it serviced. Would highly recommend considering Autonation North Phoenix if in the market for a new or used car! from buying the car to having it serviced. The repair was done and the problem was fixed as expected. The software for booking the appointment worked but the follow up reminder email requesting confirmation of the appointment asked for a con expected. The software for booking the appointment worked but the follow up reminder email requesting confirmation of the appointment asked for a confirmation number to be input when none had been given. Then a text message was received asking for confirmation of the appointment and the link in the message gave an error message and wouldn’t work. The appointment as I booked it was for 2pm but the text message indicated 4pm. Needlessly confusing! More

When I brought my truck in for a check engine light, I was told by Uriel it would take 2 days for my truck to get looked at. 2 days... Even with an appointment, I would have to leave the truck for 2 days was told by Uriel it would take 2 days for my truck to get looked at. 2 days... Even with an appointment, I would have to leave the truck for 2 days and, per Uriel, has to stay there the whole time. How inconvenient! I asked Uriel about a rental, but stated "the dealership took all my of cars because of the chip shortage, so I don't have any." I don't know how much truth there was to that, but ok. I was forced to call an UBER and spent $30 to get back home. After 2 days, I never received any communication at all from him. I had to call everyday for an update as he refused to call me back. I kept being told by Uriel that it would be looked at, but 5 days went by at this point, which was a Saturday. When I spoke with Uriel the night before (Friday), he told me the vehicle would be looked at Saturday morning and he would call me that morning. I never received a call from him the entire day. His phone kept ringing and went to voicemail, the main service number went to voicemail as well. I ended up getting a ride to the dealership to get a status update, only to find out Uriel was off that day. How was he supposed to call me back on Saturday if he already knew he was going to be off?? He just disregarded my vehicle and apparently made another tech/service advisor deal with it. The only service advisor that was there on Saturday afternoon was Maureen and she was kind enough to tell me Uriel was off and my vehicle was moved over to her team (she didn't appear to even know the vehicle was on her team at this time). I was told be Maureen that my vehicle would be looked at after the tech was finished with his current job, which was a radiator replacement, but at this point it was already 3:00PM and my car had been there for 5 days and nothing to show for it. Maureen also mentioned that Enterprise rental car onsite had closed an hour prior. I needed a vehicle to drive the next week as it was causing an inconvenience sharing cars in my household. I told her I am going to take my truck and will NOT have AutoNation service my vehicle. The service there is ridiculous. I wouldn't even call it service. Uriel clearly doesn't care about his job or his customers' concerns. He shouldn't be writing service. He clearly doesn't have the communication skills to perform the job as required. Busy or not, the dealership should at least have someone perform an initial inspection of the vehicle and if it will be a long process, to buy time with the customer, or have them return at a more convenient time for everyone involved. Telling someone they can't even look at it for 2 days and the vehicle has to be left there the entire time (per Uriel, appointments wouldn't matter, the vehicle has to stay there), is absurd. If that's not the dealership's policy, someone should inform Uriel of this because this is what he told me. If this IS the dealership's policy, shame on you AutoNation. I used to bring a lot of vehicle warranty service to this dealership years ago when I managed a used car fleet in North Phoenix, but I will never service another vehicle here, nor will I ever recommend anyone go to this dealership. I will always take to social media about this absurd behavior from Uriel and AutoNation as a whole. Absolutely despicable! More
Made an appointment online for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. Showed up on time, was told it would take 2 or 3 hours. This is totally unavoidable if they cared about their customers.
