Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone and it took three days to return my voicemail. The supply chain issue impacted my repair. Nicholas went above and beyond in tracking down the transmission for my Ram 1500 and working with the warranty company. 7 long weeks later, the truck was returned; above and beyond in tracking down the transmission for my Ram 1500 and working with the warranty company. 7 long weeks later, the truck was returned; full repair and running like a champ. And CLEAN. They did a good wash to bring my ride back ready to run, no 7 week grime to deal with. Extremely happy with their service.
