The experience I had was a very pleasant one. I brought my Journey in for some service along with my 100,000 mile inspection. I received a quote prior to the work being done. My only concern is that I came in at 9 a.m. and my car wasn’t ready until 6:30 p.m. which meant I had to find a ride the next day since I was out of range for a complementary Uber. other than that my service manager was very nice to work with and did a great job of keeping me informed.
