I appreciate that. Carl is amazing. Service is amazing. However, parts is terrible. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks. I spoke with them once and they basically did not follow through. I bought a part there and need a receipt but they won’t help. I’ve been promised a call back by other departments and never got it. It is actually pretty sad that people would conduct themselves like that. If they cannot pull a receipt they should have just said that.
