Slow Service. Waited over 30 minutes for check in even with appointment. Dealership could not service my vehicle as they stated it would take 3 days to conduct a Waited over 30 minutes for check in even with appointment. Dealership could not service my vehicle as they stated it would take 3 days to conduct a diagnostic. Let dealership change oil and went to another dealership to complete the other work my truck needed. I noticed the dealer only had 3 service advisors and it appears to be completely understaffed. I would not recommend this dealereship. More

Had my ram 1500 in a few times with a dangerous issue with my brakes. I was told they couldn't get my brakes to do what I brought it up there for.. when I'm coming up to a red light trying to brake the p with my brakes. I was told they couldn't get my brakes to do what I brought it up there for.. when I'm coming up to a red light trying to brake the pedal goes all the way to the floor. I have to pump the brakes a fey times to get them to work. I'm very concerned about having people ride with me or needing to stop suddenly and the brakes don't work My service advisor is Nicholas Thomas. Nick is great, Always going above and beyond to get all issues resolved. My issue is with the service technicians and the service mgr who I've left several msgs and not one xxxx call back. More
