The service advisors are why I keep coming back. Was treated very rudely and disrepectfully in the service department by Nicholas who should not be interacting with customers. His approach is to bully which caused me anxiety about bringing my car to the d department by Nicholas who should not be interacting with customers. Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Everyone I encountered, especially Nicholas, was friendly and professional. Took my jeep to get work done. Service was amazing. Kept me in detail what was going on with my vehicle and the repair it needed to take care of the problem. I went to get my 2nd oil change that was included with my maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. All they did was changed my oil and rotated my tires and it took t maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. All they did was changed my oil and rotated my tires and it took them 3 hours. After that the guy came up and said I don’t have a warranty or anything and they don’t have record of my first oil change I got a few months prior. Just an over all waste of my time and poor experience. They didn’t prioritize me because I wasn’t spending money that day and it was included in something I already paid for. I can change my truck oil in less then an hour no problem. The only reason I went there was because it’s part of the plan I paid for. Hopefully next time they are more efficient with peoples time. More

I WAS LIED TOO. In April I was in for oil change and had them check out clicking noise in my 2020 Ram limited pickup. They had my truck overnight and changed oil but In April I was in for oil change and had them check out clicking noise in my 2020 Ram limited pickup. They had my truck overnight and changed oil but only had half of the parts necessary to repair exhaust issue. BTW They didn't change the oil indicator in the truck, so I always wondered if the even change it. In August I called, and parts are in, and I scheduled to have them installed and get my oil changed and I had a coupon for full synthetic oil change. So even though they know what needs to be done to complete my job they had my truck for THREE days. During that time, I received no status updates. I finally called service manage who didn't call me back, but I did get call at the end of third day from service advisor saying my truck is done. When picking up truck, service advisor thanked me for my patience. He praised himself for keeping price low which was less than the coupon price for the oil change. I asked him if my oil was changed with full synthetic oil, and he said it was. When I got home, I check out the oil part number on the invoice and realized that it was their standard blended oil, not full synthetic. So bottom line. 1)I WAS LIED TOO. I did not get Full Synetic oil 2)I never got a call that my parts were in to finish original job. 3)During April job I was unsure oil was even changed or wipers changed as requested 4)Was total frustrated with Service Advisor when I check in not being able to communicate concerns with truck from past service.
