Very dissatisfied! I have visited this service department twice before and have had a good experience in the past. Not this time! I had brought my car in for a minor re I have visited this service department twice before and have had a good experience in the past. Not this time! I had brought my car in for a minor repair and the service department ended up having my car for a total of 12 days and the only time I actually received a call from the service advisor was when it was ready for pick up. I understand that they needed to order parts and are probably short handed but at least keep me updated. I had to chase down the advisor to get any answers. I texted him twice (no reply), left messages and when I would call his number directly he would not answer, the only time I got an answer was when I went through the dealers operator. So very frustrating! Not everyone has an extra vehicle that they can use when your daily use vehicle is being worked on so if it’s not ready on the date promised, the absolute least you can do is call me and let me know so that I can make other arrangements! Very poor customer service, please work on your communication. When I picked up my car the service advisor was very kind and offered me a discount for the inconvenience which I can appreciate. More
Very good people to work with, with they got my work done successfully and did it all within my warranty. Also was able to use my pre-purchased oil changes. It was nice being able to schedule the appointme successfully and did it all within my warranty. Also was able to use my pre-purchased oil changes. Scheduled maintenance 2weeks out. They were re-paving the road entering dealership. My mistake had diff fluid changed realized it was changed 15k miles back was a $190 oversight. More
We have had multiple vehicles taken to this dealer for warranty service. VERY FRUSTRATING… to make an appointment, we have always had to drive to the dealership, as over the course of 4 years, they NE warranty service. VERY FRUSTRATING… to make an appointment, we have always had to drive to the dealership, as over the course of 4 years, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE except at main switchboard where we have been able to leave messages that NEVER get returned. As for updates on the service, we have (though a rarity) received updates in the first day of service, but if it goes longer than that the only way to get an update has been to drive to the dealership. In the most current service, we need a part for our windshield washer reservoir on our vehicle with only 6,600 miles on it (under warranty). Since the vehicle is drivable, we have the vehicle but wit a non-functioning windshield washer. BUT, the ONLY update on parts arrival was after a week when I drove to the dealership for an update. It is now approaching a month and still no call to say part arrived or to provide a status. Incredibly frustrating on so many levels. There will soon be opportunity to invoke lemon law on the vehicle… just too bad there was no such thing for the dealership itself. This may or may not be representative of the experience of others, but does represent personal experiences…now and in past personal experiences with the dealership. More
