Usually It's not fun having your car recalled for fixing and/or updates, but these guys really made it the best customer service celebration one can hope for. I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for catalytic and/or updates, but these guys really made it the best customer service celebration one can hope for. I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for catalytic converter replacement and software update. I was checked in fast and right on time, and was told the process might take all day. However, by 1pm the car was all fixed and ready, so not only I did not pay a cent, I did not loose a whole work day like I was prepared to. The service team was superb, and well deserve the 5 star rating. To be honest, I would give them 10 stars if that was an option... :) More

My entire experience from start to finish was effortless. The facility was very clean and organized, It was staffed with an adequate number of people to effectively and efficiently accommodate the customers but not too many. The work was done on time and completely. A lot of care was taken when servicing my vehicle. It was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. All in all this was a very good experience and I don't know how I would have made it a better experience. More
The Service Dept has changed, and for the worse. I paid over $62K for a NEW 2018 truck, in May of 2019. I also purchased a $6200 Extended Warranty plan, which my salesmen assured me was Bumper to Bumper coverage. In Sept of 2021, I purchased, through the dealership, $5000 for Mud Tires, a Leveling Kit, and Electric Running Boards. I brought the truck in Sept 15th, for a Pre-Paid Oil Change, and a 3000 mile, Tire Rotation which I was advised was necessary for Mud Tires. I was informed, the tire rotation would be $25, and that was fine with me. The service appointment was sch at 1:30 PM, and I was informed by email to have the truck there by 1. I waited till 1:30. The service bay was empty, except for one other vehicle. I noted 4 different service agents. None asked me what I needed until I contacted one in the office. He informed me that Lamar was my Service Agent, and he would contact him. At 1:30, I contacted the same individual again. Finally, Lamar arrived. He checked me in and apologized saying he had not been informed I was waiting. The Oil Change and tire rotation were noted, and I pointed out two defects I wanted fixed: The Outside window rubber was slightly bubbled on both doors back where it meets the door post; and the bezel that holds the window buttons, door lock, side mirror switches and fold in, had been popping loose. Lamar TOLD ME that since the truck had only 22,000, these issues would be covered in the 3 Year-36,000-mile, factory Warranty. AND he noted my Ext Warranty package, that I'd paid $6k for. They were not. No biggie. BUT the issue of whether they would be covered lasted till Tuesday afternoon. I called Saturday afternoon after texting, calling, and emailing the Service Dept. Lamar told me he was still working on getting these flaws covered and fixed and he would notify me Monday. He didn't. I drove to the dealership on Wed afternoon. I was informed by a SENIOR Service Agent (name unknown) that the truck was NOT COVERED BY THE 3YR-36,000 NOR THE EXT WARRANTY ID PURCHASED, because the term is 3Yr OR 36,000, and my Ext Warranty did not cover TRIM PARTS. He was "Business-Professional, with a touch of "In Your Face" attitude. I was neither angry, petulant, or frankly, pissed off- I was professional, polite, and I acted as one who has been informed of facts. I paid for the tire rotation and picked up the truck later that afternoon. MY COMPLAINT: Why could they have not INFORMED ME EARLIER. THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 5 DAYS? LAMAR WAS A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN- CORDIAL, AND ACCOMADTING. He explained he was new at the job and was learning. This is understandable, but I would have believed a senior service agent would have assisted him, and my vehicle would have been ready in say, TWO DAYS. I must also point out, that in the last 17 years, I have purchased 3 NEW VEHICLES- ONE IN 2005, THAT I HAD $10,000 IN AFTERMARKET OFF-ROAD ACCESSORIES ADDED TO THE NEW VEHICLE SALE. THEN, LAST SEPTEMBER, $5000 FOR THIS TRUCK. The Service Dept at THIS AUTONATION RAM, HAS PLUMMETED IN ITS PROFESSIONALLISM. We will be buying a new vehicle for my wife, soon. I will go to Bill Luke here in Phoenix, or I may decide that after nearly 42 years of purchasing Chrysler products and being most content with them, we will NOW consider Toyota. More
