Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee into service for overheating. Guy Ganser our service writer was very friendly and kept us informed with what was happening with the problem. They did a free multi-point inspection but gave no pressure to repair anything else if we didn't want it. The extended warranty we purchased with the car took care of the cost of the repairs minus our deductible. We were very Happy and will go back with the next repair. More
