Trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone in the service department is a joke when you have to go through the Dallas call center. I had a great experience getting my van fixed. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the Customer Service Rep, Jordan, was fantastic...he even found some discounts to app They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the Customer Service Rep, Jordan, was fantastic...he even found some discounts to apply to my final bill! Since the first time I had to bring my Jeep here it has been one issue after another. I bring my vehicle in they say they can't find or have fixed the issue. (I have been told both) only to still be having been one issue after another. I bring my vehicle in they say they can't find or have fixed the issue. (I have been told both) only to still be having the same problem. The most recent being I had to bring my vehicle back again to fix the same issue and being told if I replaced $800 in after market parts it would fix one issue and they could then complete the other $1300 in warranty repairs that were needed for another issue. Okay done..Now I am back as doing this did not resolve the issues. So Jeep goes back to dealer and 24 hrs later I am told they found one problem but can't look at it for the other problems until the following week. "Umm why didn't you look for all issues when you looked for the other?? But okay can I get a loaner?" "Nope we have none and those are typically for people who just purchased their vehicle and are having issues." Really? Okay. I go to pick up my vehicle and at this point have been trying to make contact by phone with a manager all day to which I still have not had a return call from and it is now 4 days later. My thought is being this is a ongoing issue that involves the steering and due to it not being fixed correctly the first time why am I being put off until next week? Shouldn't this be a priority? Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.. This place has crappy customer service, and mechanics that do not know what they are doing.. More
This last experience was quite awful to be honest. I scheduled an appointment over the phone told them exactly what was going on and they scheduled me for Saturday 11/26 at 9am. I drive down there only for him to tell me they have no one there to look at my car that he had a few people call out and others out for the holiday. I get that things happen ( a call maybe to reschedule before I drove down there would of been nice) either way he tells me to come down Monday 7am and he will get me seen as I had an appointment for Saturday. Drop my car off at 7 am Monday and heard nothing all day I called in for about 2 hours trying to get any info as I expressed to both gentleman Saturday and Monday I needed this looked at right away as I work in the office Tuesday and would need my car or I could bring it back Wednesday afternoon after I leave the office if I needed to leave it longer they insured me it was okay it would be looked at. Finally at 3:40 Monday I get someone on the phone to tell me my car hasn’t even been looked at obviously upset I wanted more explanation and he stated he would go get some information and call me back with a better update to then never hear back from him. I had to call out of work Wednesday( my second day training for my new position) I called in again Wednesday a few times before someone said they would send my service rep a message to call me back. Think it may of been about 1 when I got a call back that it was just a broken hood latch and that he would have all the paperwork ready when I got there so there wouldn’t be a wait. I then get there and walk into the office where 6-7 people were not helping a single customer to say I had to wait for the one guy that was helping a customer to get my car. 10 minutes go by he is still chitchatting with the other customer when I believe a manager walks by and finally helped me. I understand things happen that are out of anyones control but the lack of communication and disrespect was insane. More

This dealership is always so helpful and nice when I visit! My battery died for my 2020 Jeep Renagade a while back and they got me in so quick and easy, even without an appointment!
