The service writer Maxwell was easy to work with and he was very courteous, so no complaints there. Unfortunately the techs were everything I expected from a Chrysler dealer. Didn’t even drive my vehicl was very courteous, so no complaints there. Unfortunately the techs were everything I expected from a Chrysler dealer. Didn’t even drive my vehicle to try and duplicate the concern but said they couldn’t find anything. I even put a detailed description of when the concern happens, AND request to drive with a foreman to point out what I was hearing. Now I get to schedule another appointment, miss more time off work just to do what should have been done on the first visit. If quality service is what you’re after then you’re in for a disappointment. More
Very bad experience. I’ve been working on getting my car fixed since early October 2022. That’s when the first inspection took place. Was not given a resolution until Jan I’ve been working on getting my car fixed since early October 2022. That’s when the first inspection took place. Was not given a resolution until January 4th 2023. My car was not fixed, I was told to bring the car in several times saying that the issue was going to be covered under warranty however when the agreed date would come and I showed up to the dealership, I was told that either the claim wasn’t filled correctly or the parts had not arrived. It was not until the last time I took my car in when a new mechanic decided to take over my case and scheduled me to go in on January 4th. He stated everything had arrived and everything was going to be covered under warranty. The day comes and I deliver the car. The car is taken in and 4-5 hours later I receive a call saying nothing would be covered and that it would have to come out of pocket. I had to pick up the car at the moment since I was not about to pay for something that since the initial inspection I was told It was going to be covered. If I had been told that since the initial inspection happened back in October I would’ve agreed to it however I was told the complete opposite and made me go to the dealership around 4-5 extra times without taking my car in at all. More
My advisor (Guy) was better than most I’ve had in terms of timely communication (since Maureen left all my other advisors have communicated terribly) but the rattling in the front of my 2019 Ram is still u of timely communication (since Maureen left all my other advisors have communicated terribly) but the rattling in the front of my 2019 Ram is still unsolved.
