I feel like this review is warranted since as per the repair order mileage in/out, my truck was not even driven, no effort was made but I am told they couldn't duplicate the concerns. I was very descriptive on when and how everything was happening, even insisted on driving with a shop foreman to point out what was happening to expedite the process, but was assured that the tech was the best they had and would likely find the problems. If you want my honest advice on what could be done to help, try hiring techs who aren't afraid to fix warranty concerns. I understand that not all tickets are going to be money makers, but their job is to fix cars first and foremost. It's the lazy hacks that give the honest techs, and by extension, the dealership bad reputations. If this is what is to be expected when trying to get a problem fixed under warranty, then this will be my last FCA product. My 10 year old Ford doesn't even rattle this much.
