This was a normal 6k mile vehicle checkup and oil/filter change. I have had no issues with truck since purchase and this is my 4th service. The service department is top notch. This service department is great ! They were able to get me in right away to do service work on our 2500 Ram Promaster. It is so important to us to have our vans back out on the road. They are the best dodge service department I have used and I've been to two others in town that had made me feel like they didn't care or do what they said but this location was amazing.They did a wonderf and I've been to two others in town that had made me feel like they didn't care or do what they said but this location was amazing.They did a wonderful job two times now. Nice, Dealership, friendly, knowledgeable Sales staff, Fair price. I would work on offering snacks and beverages of some sort. I was there for 3 hrs.
