Went in for warranty work, was told I didn't have a warranty, then when my warranty was found was told that the work that needed to be done was not under warranty. To the point where I had to call the warranty, then when my warranty was found was told that the work that needed to be done was not under warranty. To the point where I had to call the dealership from whom I purchased the vehicle and have them explain that the parts that needed replacing were under warranty. So after about an hour of going back and forth, my vehicle was finally fixed under the warranty and the parts again were under warranty. All and all I spent 3 to 3 and hours just to get 2 batteries replaced all in all bad experience... More

The personnel was very responsive to me when I would call to check on the stratus of my warrenty coverage and the status of my repairs. Great succesful efforts were made by the personnel to obtain needed pa to check on the stratus of my warrenty coverage and the status of my repairs.
