Salesmen lied to me on more than one occasion, tried to bully me into signing a contract that was not what was agreed upon. When I finally did get the correct contract and the car was to be shipped to me I bully me into signing a contract that was not what was agreed upon. Where to begin. I spent over 10 hours between two days there. First day after an hour drive. I had an apt for 1130. Had a software issue so couldn’t finish signing after being there 7 hours. Not their fault. Came back two days later for another set apt. But nobody knew I was coming and spent another three hours there. Also got charged 800$ for something that wasn’t put on my vehicle. Dealership has not worked with at all on scheduling that getting applied. More

They use every trick in the book to scam customers and do NOT value their no questions asked return policy, despite claiming to be a no p time buyer. It took 3 days which before I got the car. It was a $50,000 dollar car and I was only financing $10,000. If had not been for Riad and Katie I would have left for another dealership. More
