Great service! I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready. About an hour later my service was done, my Jeep was washed, and was given my report. Overall great service, I would recommend this dealership. More

End result was good. But after taking truck in for recall, I was told recall parts needed to be changed and parts had to be ordered. A month later no call or notice from dealership telling me parts were in. When I called to find out the status of the parts, I was told they were in. Next step was to schedule appointment for recall work to be done, someone entered into database that recall work was complete. So, after explaining that it actually hadn't, I was able to schedule, and work was completed. Everything seems to be fine now. Overall, I'm satisfied they just need to get better at communication with each other and customers. More
