I checked in with my service writer a few minutes after my appointment time. I waited for about two hours in the lobby which was furnished with snacks and an instant coffee machine. Once my vehicle was finished, I was sent the walk-around videos and allowed the option to set up future appointments. I declined and paid my bill. My vehicle was brought forward. I pleasantly surprised that in addition to the oil change, the exterior of my vehicle had been washed. Overall, it was a great experience. More

They were able to get my car in quickly to look at the problem and service the issue. It was clean but cummunacation was terriable on there side. I had told them that my stop and start wasn't working and my odometer number was blinking . He told me it's most likely the battery so I had side. I had told them that my stop and start wasn't working and my odometer number was blinking . After when I picked up my car he than desided to tell me I had about a year left on the battery but they changed it anyways because I had requested it. I thought they could of charged it up . I only did it because they recommended it before he nee they didn't test it yet. I assumed they would of told me once they tested it but they did not. And my odometer was still flashing and he told me of that has nothing to do with the battery that has to do with the cluster. And you will have to bring it back another day due to see if warrrnty will cover that issue. So needless to say I won't be going back . More

Dealer Service Dept. never answers the phone. Understaffed Service Dept hasn't enough trained mechanics to service the load. My car was sitting in service for a week be never answers the phone. Understaffed Service Dept hasn't enough trained mechanics to service the load. My car was sitting in service for a week before they even looked at it. If your car has a serious issue it takes days to get an appointment. Once your car is in service, the Advisors never answer their phones and when leaving voice messages, they rarely return calls. Absolutely disgraceful service. More
