Thank you for the response. However, I feel if you read over this review with Eric, Jordan or Dennis, they know who I am which means your GM has my number. If he decides to take the initiative to reach out to me, I would be more than happy to discuss. If not, here are some pointers for your “certified “ Wagoneer technicians: 1. Need to properly reset the systems after RSU updates. Specifically in reference to the ALM not working after the updates. It should be verified that it is working prior to returning to customer. 2. (Something for your Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager) to note - after the RSU and system resets- the check engine light is going to blink 6 to 8 times and than go solid as the vehicle needs to complete a “drive cycle” which includes 150 miles - 6 hrs of drive and vehicle shut off/on 10 to 12 times. The engine light blink is to notify that the vehicle is not ready to pass an emissions test. (Sad a stay home mom of four had to research the internet for that answer.) 3. After the RSU update regarding the heated seats - a check (per the service bulletin) is supposed to be completed a verify that the heated seats stay on for 10 minutes. If they shut off prior to the 10 minutes mark - heating element needs to be replaced.
