It was one thing after another. From the day I stepped into this place I should have turned around, but I kept sticking it out. The place really lacks customer service. I guess it's changed from when I purchased my first car years ago when people would rush out to greet you and everyone wanted to sell you a car. When I did get someone, she was wonderful. So pleasant. Rosita. But after I purchased a vehicle, it all went down hill from there. It was a nightmare trying to get people to respond. I returned the 1st vehicle and traded for one of lesser value, but I was told the 5 day didn't apply. Does that make sense? They sell you a car with issues so you return it for another car with issues. That's like buying a toy from a store that doesn't work and you exchange it. Get it home to find that one doesn't work either and they tell you, that you can only return one time. That is super shady. What's to keep them from having a lot full of damaged cars and just recycling them out. So 1st. I went through my paperwork and it shows that the 2nd car did have a 5 day return, but I was told different. Also they kept my warranty papers out, and made up something different than the photo I took of what the vehicle came with. So I return one car with issues for them to sell me a car with a bunch of damaged parts. The warranty cost over $3000. to cover repairs and stuff. I took that vehicle back and it stayed in the shop over 30 days. Then they had the nerve when I picked it up to say I owe a $200. Deductible. Are you kidding me? You can't sell me a car thats doesn't work and expect me to pay you to fix it. What was the $3600 for? That car was $8000. And my brother paid $20000. I'm so upset that they overcharged me for this car that had so many issues. Still does. The lady gave me a totally different warranty that she said I purchased. Where is the one I signed? Have you looked at the reviews? I really thought they were trying to redeem themselves. They ended up not charging me the Deductible and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. Umm know. You sold me a faulty car that was a lot less according to the Kelly blue book. I'm going to try and trade this in for a different car. Unless they want to give me a few thousand dollars back for over paying, then this review is not going away. I do not like dishonest people. More

The service staff, and the sales staff work really hard to do their best for their customers. I have found them to be very pleasant and sincere and their work efforts.
