My visit on July 28 still has not been resolved. Seven attempts to get an over charge of 219 dollar inspection fee charge removed has been ignored, even though you said it would be removed. The Oil Change coupon included a free multi-point inspection. With that said, I still agreed to pay for an inspection that would be removed if I got service from that Mulit-Point inspection in which I did, in a replacement of my Water Pump. After a lengthy argument from Krista, the Maintenance Service Technician, She would not remove the charge. She said the Shocks that I ASKED to be changed, I chose not to change AFTER she said that they would NOT be in stock for two and a half months (Mid September). With that, she has to charge me 219.00 inspection fee. What ever happened to the free multi-point inspection on your Coupon for the Oil Change and Tire rotation and inspection? Needless to say that I came in and said, REPLACE my rear Shocks. Then, what ever happened to the fact that I did pay for an inspection and as a result got a new Water Pump replaced from said inspection? Jordon the other Service Rep saw the illogic to what was happening and said that he would remove the charge. AFTER several attempts to ask him why is it taking so long, he does not ever return my calls or answers his phone... I have been coming to Auto Nation Dodge in Valencia for years now, and the service is getting worse, now to the point that I will not come back. The 219 dollar charge is nothing more than stealing and is wrong. I need a repair for all MCDS solenoids that I had to tell Dodge Rep that I needed and the check engine light would show that. Your response was the light was on due to the bad Water Pump. You know, as well as I do, that a trouble code is more specific than that... I really really wanted to give you guys the business to do that, but now I can't trust this dealer to be fair and honest. The money would be in the thousands to do the job... So for 219 theft, you give up thousands of dollars. This does not seem like good business to me. If you do this to many customers, you will loose so much more in business as opposed to stealing Nickle's and Dimes from your customers. My name is Scott. More

He also contacted me to keep me informed of service, parts and wait time for parts in order. Dodge is lucky to have Jordan. I see this young man rising up to Managent in a short period of time.
