Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Started with a phone call to see if a vehicle was still available. I called well before they opened and the GM James answered the phone. I arrived a few minutes before they opened and they had the car pulled aside when I arrived ready to test drive, they knew I was in a hurry. The sale rep Francisco was fast and very friendly. I had a quote from my credit union and they matched it saving time. The car wasn't ready to be sold because they needed to "clean it up" a little. I bought the car to surprise my son for his birthday which was 48 hours out, so I needed the car ASAP. They delivered the car on time for the surprise and had new tires put on and cleaned up the curb rash and a few dents and scratches. The car looked like new and my son was VERY surprised. Francisco even checked in to see how the surprise went. From start to finish, Auto Nation CDJRV delivered. Johnny from finance got me the rate I needed and was very fast I was in and out in under 3 hours. James the GM sure does know how to run a dealership. If you're looking for a no-haggle dealership, this is it. I never thought I would go back to buy another car at the dealership just because of the customer service, but this place may have just reconsidered.
