My experience at Hunter Dodge Valencia CA was excellent, and it surpassed all my expectations. The service customer was excellent and I will definitely return to this dealership for I trust them with my veh and it surpassed all my expectations. The service customer was excellent and I will definitely return to this dealership for I trust them with my vehicle and this is something that I do not normally do because of passed horrible experiences I had at the Lancaster Jeep dealership last week. But the technician who here at the Valencia Dodge dealership was so much better than I expected. The technician and the customer service representative were very specific about what they would do to repair my vehicle. The technician performed an extensive research on my vehicle to find out what the issue was and he repaired my vehicle and it does not have any issues anymore. I am so so very happy, and so grateful to them for all the attention provided by them. I cannot express how happy and thankful I am for all the great work that was done on my vehicle. The dealership went and above all my expectations and this is why I give them 100% work well done for the repairs done on my vehicle. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and I definitely recommend anyone to go to this dealership for their vehicles every need because when they say that my vehicle had a problem, the technician got hands on Monday October 17, 2022 when I dropped off my vehicle and he was done with the repairs the next day which was yesterday Tuesday 18, 2022. I was so surprised when I received the phone call from the dealership notifying me that my vehicle was fixed and that It was ready so that I could pick my vehicle yesterday. They went and above 100% percent on their work. I recommend them to anyone to go with their vehicles and trust them that they will repair their vehicles in a timely manner. Which is excellent because I have never experienced this kind of service this fast, never ever in my entire life. I dropped my vehicle vehicle on Monday October 17, 2022 and be ready so fast the next on Tuesday October 18. Which is so amazing to me. I want to thank the service representative who was very kind, polite,and helpful to me and I also want to thank the technician who repaired my vehicle. They both performed such an excellent job and made me feel that I can trust them with my vehicle. I am client who is very happy and satisfied with their customer service and this dealership has great employees that have integrity. Which is something hard to find in businesses lately and I will return to them for my vehicle's every need. I am so so very happy 😊 that my car is running better and that I am able to drive it again. Hugo is a excellent service provider and is on top of it for you and your vehicle. Miserable communication resulting in vehicle being held hostage for 1 week by this dealership. Scheduled appointment on September 6th for October 3rd with the service dept. manager. Air conditioning servi hostage for 1 week by this dealership. Scheduled appointment on September 6th for October 3rd with the service dept. manager. Air conditioning service and motor mount replacements was the objective. Was told the factory motor mounts were back ordered indefinitely. Dennis had a preferable solution with aftermarket parts that he stated are of equal value. He gave me an estimate that was double another dealership's quote. When advised of that, Dennis sent a corrected quote. October 3rd: Vehicle was dropped off the afternoon before, received phone call at 11:30 am that it would take 3 days to diagnose the air conditioning and they didn't know when the motor mounts would be available. i had expected a 1 day service and need vehicle for work! I expected the work to be complete by Wednesday afternoon. Complete difficulties talking and emailing with the service team. When I called they did not know who my service advisor was-hmmm..... I drove to the dealership and on the way there received an email stating the vehicle was finally diagnosed and would I approve the estimated charges for the air conditioning. When I arrived at dealership, a 3 day employee (Hugo) patiently listened to my issues. Hugo went to the parts department and confirmed in fact that the aftermarket motor mounts were in stock as planned. I the asked Hugo to have the work complete by end of Saturday,, he said they would do their best. Saturday I stop in at 11:30am and no one can tell me when the work will be complete. 1:30pm -30 minutes after promised time, I call the service department asking for the service advisor and manager. I was put in voicemail. Hung up and called sales, they always answer the phone. I told sales I wanted to speak to the service manager, was put in his voicemail. I immediately hung up and called sales back again. After 2pm I received a call stating the work was complete. Arrived at dealership, looking for the service manager, not available so I asked for the senior person in charge. Responsible young man listened to my issues and agreed to a $200 dollar credit for the 4 days of rental car I had. He then printed the bill and the cost for the motor mounts replacement was $300 dollars more than quoted. He promptly corrected this and I left. Dealers: Don't hold vehicles hostage because you can't schedule effectively and then also communicate with yourselves and your customers. Tell customers up front what will happen or not happen. Any customer of Autonation Dodge/Jeep Valencia. JUST STAY AWAY, THIS DEPARTMENT IS COMPLETELY OVERWHELMED, UNDERSTAFFED AND NOT BEING MANAGED SUFFICIENTLY. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED AND VERY SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TIMELINESS OF YOUR VEHICLES REPAIRS. More
