If you’ve purchased a Wagoneer and are looking for the VIP service marketed for your vehicle - This is not the dealership for you. From my understanding the Asssitant Service Manager and Service Manager a VIP service marketed for your vehicle - This is not the dealership for you. From my understanding the Asssitant Service Manager and Service Manager are the Wagoneer ambassadors for this dealership. They argued (in a beyond disrespectful way) and declined to warranty a trim piece on my second row seat. After going back to Wagoneer client services for assistance to resolve this it was upsetting while also vindicating to hear that there was an actual service bulletin that addressed and identified this as an issue. This is an example of just one of the unresolved issues we still have with the vehicle after the dealership had our car for 7 days - Active Lane Management still not working (they may have noticed if they actually test drove the vehicle after RSU updates), driver side heated seat not working properly, driver side mirror defrost not working, an unclear explanation on why the oil pressure warning light comes on in accessory only mode to name a handful more of the problems. I came away with the impression this management team has no interest in resolving the issues/repairs needed for our vehicle. We will not be taking our vehicle in for service to this dealership in the future. More

I was ignored when I pulled up. In the past someone would meet me at my car and offer assistance. There were at least three other service advisors sitting behind desks with no customers. I asked a young lady with long black hair and high heels what should I do and her reply was not friendly, she didn't smile, she looked annoyed that I asked her a question. I then asked a tall gentleman and at least he didn't seem annoyed but neither one could tell me what the procedure was to get help. I have never had to get out of my car and look for help. Please tell me what to do! Do I sit and wait in my car or go interrupt advisors sitting behind their desk with no customers. Poor customer service on check in. After I finally got help, everything was ok. More

From start to finish, went online to check availability, got a quick call from James, set up appointment for same day delivery. Met with the manager Kimberly who was helpful friendly and transparent.
