I made the appointment for service a week ahead of time. We had an appt for an oil change at 10:30! We were checked in T 10:40! After 3 hours of no call and no one answering the service department we went back to the dealership and the car had not We were checked in T 10:40! The service advisor was very apologetic, however the service manager did nothing to help with the issue and his response was that he was in meetings all day and has no control over what happens with the cars! Wow on customer service from a Service Manager! After all that we left with the car and no oil change in which I took the day off and made arrangements with the appointment! I was expecting at least an e mail from the service manager which never happened either! I am very disappointed and will be taking my jeep to another dealership for service, as this was unacceptable! It was an oil change a 30 minute job!!! More

I rarely rate or review but my experience yesterday was unusually good. Stellar in fact. The young guy who was the service writer was knowledgeable since in the past was an ASC certified Mechnic.
