I dread car shopping as much or more as going to the dentist, but Pedro and Tony are good guys who made the experience as painless as possible. There was some back and forth negotiation (which is good), but not the obnoxious game playing I’ve experienced elsewhere. The negotiation was relaxed and fairly straightforward. While I didn’t get a rock bottom price mostly due to the debatable value of my trade, there were incentives and enough price movement that I feel we landed on a really fair price in a relatively short time. Mark in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. I’m super happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and think it’s a great vehicle for the price. Also, I should note that Pedro went above and beyond even AFTER the sale. I called him with an issue I had (unfamiliarity with manual mode) while driving home in a storm and he was friendly, helpful and efficient explaining how the feature worked. The only issue for me was a long wait to do the paperwork after reaching a deal, but Pedro was up front about the anticipated wait in case I wanted to leave awhile and it appeared to be busy that day (possibly due to advertised incentives). Great experience overall. More

Brought a 2021 jeep 4XE from this dealer. Go in for some recalls and an issue with the car not switching to electric mode. I have an appointment. I go in and they say they will have to hold the car for 3-5 days just to LOOK at it. I say “ok cool just set me up with a rental.” Girl pretty much laughs at me and says they will not provide a rental I will have to deal with Chrysler. Talk to the manager saying this far is barely a year old and since it is still under warranty I should be given a rental and I need one to go to work. I even say just call me the day it can be seen and I could drop it off. Manager says to kick rocks. So I call corporate and they are confused first because of how long it will take to even look at it and how unhelpful they were being about the situation. Corporate calls the dealer and are told the same thing…. Corporate says I can leave it there and corporate will pay for it. So I go back to the dealer and try to speak with the rep and was completely ignored while trying to drop off my car. Finally I go the another rep Jordan who finds the recalls and says that they will give me a rental for the recalls. This dealer treated me like complete crap and did not even apologize for the treatment. Never again will I buy from this dealer More
