On Sep 12, 2022 my Jeep Wrangler paint got damaged on the hood and in multiple areas around the body when Stacy schedule it for a complimentary service wash. I did speak to a manager and till this day they have not go back to me to resolve this issue. I had just picked up my vehicle from Mac Haik CDJ North on Friday Sep 09,2022 from getting painted so there’s no way the paint was damaged before I brought it in for a oil change. I would like for someone to please help me resolve this issue. My phone calls are not being answered and this is not fair.

It is nearly impossible to reach someone over the phone. Had to call five different numbers to finally get someone to answer the phone. It took seven days just to get a diagnosis on my vehicle. More
